The minimum age for renters is 23 and the displayed rate is for up to 6 guests. If there are more than 6 guests, an additional fee of $15 per guest, per night will be charged. We apologize for this pricing structure, but it is designed to provide a cost-effective rate and cover the added utilities and expenses for the extra guests. We strictly prohibit smoking of any substance or vaping inside the villa or near any open door or window. We welcome families with children of all ages, but please be advised that our villa has a pool and pond without a separate safety fence, and they can be accessed from any of the doors in the home. You can park up to 2 cars behind the rolling gate, and additional parking is available on the street.
